Shushanik Stepanyan joined “Concern Dialog” Law Firm in  2019 and holds the position of an Associate, later  she was  promoted to Senior Associate.

2014-2019 worked at the Civil Court of Appeal of RA as a judge assistant.

2010-2014 Bachelor of Law, Yerevan State University.

2014-2016 Master of Law, Yerevan State University

From 2020 is a  member of Chamber od Advocates of RA
