Sofya Kharatyan joined “Concern-Dialog” law firm in  2020 as an associate. From 2022 she was promoted to Senior Associate. Prior to that,  from 2017 to 2020 she worked at "Mamikon Manukyan group" LLC as a Legal adviser/counsel.
